The love of chocolate dates back 3 generations in the family business, now run by Anne-Catherine Roedel, niece of Henry and Amelia. Their experience has created a company specializing in chocolates filled with liqueur without sugar crust, known for their unique and authentic flavor. The manufacturing sites are located in the Alsace region of France, places where all the creativity, knowledge and quality ingredients are perfectly brought together by the chocolate masters.
