2. What Data We Collect

  • Data provided voluntarily via the contact form: your name, email address, phone number and the message you send.
  • Technical data: IP address (anonymised), browser type, page accessed, duration of visit — stored temporarily in the hosting server logs.
  • Technical cookies: cookies necessary for the website to function (no tracking or advertising cookies).

3. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

  • Responding to enquiries submitted via the contact form — basis: consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
  • Technical administration of the website — basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR)

4. Who We Share Data With

Data submitted via the contact form is transmitted through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which handles message delivery without permanently storing the data. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes.

5. Retention Period

Messages received through the contact form are retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are deleted. Technical server logs are retained for a maximum of 30 days.

  • Access — to request a copy of the data we hold about you.
  • Rectification — to correct inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — to request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
  • Restriction — to limit the processing of your data.
  • Portability — to receive your data in a structured format.

  • Withdrawal of consent — at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
